Hungarian authorities arrived on the Budapest set of BradPitt's new zombie apocalypse movie World War Z after hearing that theproduction had in possession a monstrous live weapons cache filled to the brimwith functioning prop guns.
According to E! Online News, the special team seized 85 gunsranging from AK-47s to sniper rifles which were not supposed to be functioningartillery. It sounds like Brad Pitt might have been taking his zombie killingduties a little too seriously!
Said a production spokesman regarding the incident, "Weare working with the authorities to resolve the matter and have no furthercomment at this time."
The film has is already over schedule and over budget, so asetback like this is the last thing the production needs. However, despite thishitch, World War Z is still scheduled for a December 2012 release.
