- TONY STARK CAUGHT IN ACCIDENTAL GAMES
Robert Downey Jr. is attached to star in The AccidentalGenius for Warner Bros., Deadline reports.
The film, from a pitch by relative newcomer Adam Gibgot,deals with a man whose intelligence increases dramatically after he awakensfrom a coma and who begins having visions that lead him to join forces with anotherman in the effort to solve a global mystery.
Team Downey will produce the project alongside BenSilverman's production company, Electus.
Downey is next set to appear in Sherlock Holmes: A Game ofShadows, and next summer's The Avengers. It was also just announced that he'splanning to star as Perry Mason in a feature film franchise of original ErleStanley Gardner books.
