Cypress Moon Studios has announced that "TrueBlood" star Lindsay Pulsipher has replaced Hilary Duff in the role ofBonnie for The Story of Bonnie and Clyde.

"We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay Pulsipher as BonnieParker, in The Story of Bonnie and Clyde. Lindsay will undoubtedly bring manylayers to this critical role," producer Tonya S. Holly of Cypress MoonProductions said. "This is a gripping story about two of the mostlegendary fugitives in history."

Holly wrote the script and will also direct. Filming willtake place in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and likely Missouri.

Duff had to drop out because shooting is scheduled for laterthis year. She wouldn't be available until June. The same goes for KevinZegers, who was cast as Clyde Barrow and won't be available until January.Needless to say that the studio is on the search for a new actor to play thetitle role of Clyde.
