While doing press for his new film, Coriolanus, RalphFiennes chatted about his secretive role in the forthcoming Bond film Skyfall.

MI6 points out this interview he did with The Daily Recordabout Skyfall where he revealed, "I'm allowed to say that I'm a governmentagent."
The rumor mill had pegged Fiennes as playing the nextBlofeld.
Fiennes called himself a longtime Bond fan, particularly ofthe original Ian Fleming novels: "I used to be a complete nerd about thebooks and the detail in them. They are fantastic. There was Fleming's obsessionwith different kinds of champagne and caviar. He kind of fetishises thesethings."
Skyfall opens November 9.
