Riddick, the third film in David Twohy's series about thetitular anti-hero, has found its female lead. Deadline reports that KateeSackhoff has signed on for the part of Dahl, a Nordic mercenary on Riddick'stail.

The plot finds Riddick (Diesel) betrayed by his own kind andleft for dead on a desolate planet where he fights for survival against alienpredators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before. Soon bountyhunters from throughout the galaxy descend on Riddick only to find themselvespawns in his greater scheme for revenge. With his enemies right where he wantsthem, Riddick unleashes a vicious attack of vengeance before returning to hishome planet of Furya to save it from destruction.

Sackhoff is best known for her role on "BattlestarGalactica" and is also set to star in the upcoming Sexy Evil Genius.

Jordi Molla is also in talks to play the villain in theDavid Twohy film.

Molla would play Santana, a mercenary who heads up aneight-man crew tasked with finding and killing Riddick.

Molla's recent credits include Colombiana and Knight andDay.
