The Hunger Games is about two months out from release, butthere's still been plenty of chatter on the movie's confirmed sequel, CatchingFire.

Back in November, we heard that Slumdog Millionaire and 127Hours scribe Simon Beaufoy was in final talks to pen the screenplay for thefilm and that Hunger Games director Gary Ross would likely be coming back forround two as well. Today, both of those "probably's" become "definitely's."

The Wrap reports that Beaufoy is in the middle of writingthe script now. In addition to directing duties, Ross will also be supervisingthe writing of the screenplay. Actors Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, WoodyHarrelson and Liam Hemsworth are likewise expected to return.

Catching Fire is currently scheduled to hit theaters onNovember 22, 2013.

With the Hunger Games releasing in March this year.
